Learn how to permanently delete your ReachFlow account and all associated data

Important: This Action Cannot Be Undone

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered.

What Will Be Deleted

All automation rules and workflows
Message logs and conversation history
Instagram connection and permissions
Billing information and payment history
User profile and account settings
All analytics and usage data

Before You Delete Your Account

Export Your Data

If you need to keep any information, make sure to export or save it before deletion.

Cancel Active Subscriptions

Ensure all billing subscriptions are cancelled to avoid future charges.

Consider Alternatives

You can temporarily disable automations or disconnect integrations instead of full deletion.

How to Delete Your Account

Sign In to Your Account

Log in to your ReachFlow dashboard using your credentials.

Navigate to Settings

Go to your dashboard and click on "Settings" in the sidebar menu.

Find the Danger Zone

Scroll down to the bottom of the settings page to locate the "Danger Zone" section.

Click Delete Account

Click the "Delete Account" button in the Danger Zone section.

Confirm Deletion

Read the confirmation dialog carefully and click "Yes, delete my account" to proceed.

What Happens After Deletion

Your account will be immediately deactivated
All data will be permanently removed within 24 hours
You will be logged out and redirected to the homepage
A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address
